Caramel S'mores

On Saturday night, we had a bon fire with a few friends. I decided to try a different kind of s'more. I've had them before I think at B's parent's place. You put a marshmellow on your stick and then put a caramel after that. Hold it over the fire until both are gooey. Put between graham crackers and chocolate...but be prepared!! It is SO good. Pretty soon we had fifteen people around our fire. Our neighbors came out of the woodwork! It's funny how that happens. There is just something cozy about a campfire that draws people together on a chilly night.
